This Sunday the famous Ford Fair event took place at Silverstone Race Circuit.

Every year all types of Fords attend the event. There are lots of different stands, all with a wide variety of vehicles on display, from the local club stands to the famous tuning companies stands, the day has lots in store. They also have a retail village where you can purchase anything from engines to car cleaning products.

As well as all of the club stands, there are lots of cars on stands for all of the well known tuning companies. I was very happy to see some of our customers on the stands of the well known tuning companies. We had a few customer cars on the JAMSPORT, SYVECS, COBRA and REVO/SCC Stands. All of these companies are very well known among Ford enthusiasts and it was great to see our customer’s cars being admired by so many.

 

As well as them we had a lot of customers on club stands also.

 

Throughout the day enthusiasts got the opportunity to take their pride and joys onto the famous Silverstone track. There were different track sessions for different groups of cars. People also had the opportunity to be a passenger in the JAMSPORT Fiesta ST’s. I even got to take my own Fiesta on track!

The main star of the show was the brand new MK3 Focus RS. Although the car won’t be on our roads for a while we have already seen it at different events. The RS was on display all day for enthusiasts to view.

Although it got a lot of attention there were still mixed emotions on the new look. To read more about the new RS take a look at our article from a few months ago.
