For a car enthusiast, there are few things that compare to putting a car through its paces on a track. Organised 'Track Days' are very popular, but this type of usage of your vehicle is not usually covered under your standard Car Insurance policy.

At Safely Insured we have experienced a large increase in requests from our customers for Track Day Insurance cover and we have therefore negotiated with a select group of Insurers to find you the best policy cover for your Track Day experiences and at an excellent premium. Safely Insured's Track Day Insurance cover offers a policy specifically designed for track day use, which is completely separate to your standard motor policy. This also means it has no effect on your no claims bonus in the event of a track claim.

Insurance documents are emailed to you as soon as payment has been made. A discount is available when an instructor is giving tuition in the car.

  • Q: Can I make any changes to the policy?

    A: No. Our policies are issued electronically and immediately after payment has been authorised. You can cancel the insurance policy and re-apply, but this will be subject to a cancellation fee of £25.00. You should therefore make sure that all of the information is correct before you proceed to purchase insurance cover from our Website.

  • Q: My card payment was declined, what can I do?

    A: You will need to contact your Card Issuer for advice as we do not manage the card payments.

  • Q: What do I need to do if I need to make a claim?

    A: You must follow the instructions found in the policy document; a copy of which is also available on this Website.

  • Q: Can I get cover over the phone?

    A:Sorry no as this product can only be purchased online and from this Website.

  • Q: How do I stop your emails ending up in my spam folder?

    A: Some Internet Service Providers (ISP's) block messages from senders whose email addresses are not in the recipient's Address Book or on their Safe Senders List. To ensure your Track Day Insurance cover email messages reach you in the future please add to your Address Book or Safe Senders List. Instructions for your email account can be found on your providers 'help' section on their Website.

  • Q: What do I do if I haven't received my email with my insurance document link?

    A:Providing you entered your email address correctly, you will receive a secure link for you to download your insurance documents. Please check your spam / junk folder as your email software could automatically place these items into these folders.

  • Q: Will I receive any paperwork through the post?

    A:If you selected the postal option at the time of purchase, your insurance policy schedule will be sent to the address you provided. An emailed link to our secure server is also sent giving you the opportunity to download your insurance documents.

  • Q: What does ATDO stand for?

    A: The Association of Track Day Organisers. All ATDO members must abide by the association’s code of practice, and all that entails, and are required to operate their events in accordance with written procedure. This is obviously good for the customer because, if they book their events with ATDO members, they can be sure that minimum standards will be maintained.

  • Q: Can I buy track day insurance cover the telephone?

    A: Sorry no, you can only obtain trackday insurance cover via the Internet.

  • Q: I am trying to purchase insurance cover and I am being taken back to the HOME page. Why is this happening?

  • Q: Can I get Track Day insurance cover if I am under 21?

    A: Sorry No. We can only provide insurance cover for drivers between the ages of 21 and 72
